Asset Manager

The role is accountable for leading the operational performance, financial discipline and controlled scaling of Taranis Energy Africa’s renewable energy asset portfolio in West of Africa. It requires a commercially astute, hands-on leader who can operate effectively in lean environments, embed strong O&M and HSE disciplines, and balance strategic oversight with detailed execution to deliver safe, reliable and financially robust energy assets.

Technical Lead NBS

Taranis is seeking a Technical Lead – Nature-Based Solutions (NBS) to lead the technical assessment, development, and execution of its high-integrity NBS projects.

This role requires strong technical expertise in forestry , carbon methodologies, MRV and cross-disciplinary collaboration across internal teams (finance, legal, ESG) and external partners. Expertise in agriculture would be plus.

The NBS Technical Lead will work in pair/tandem with the Investment Manager of Taranis NBS, reporting directly to the NBS Director.

This role is ideal for a junior HR professional, who wants to develop strong operational HR skills in a fast‑growing and international environment.
